There are many factors that cause the collision of the train. It usually happens due to miscommunication, like when a moving train meets another train on the same line so that a collision can not be avoided. The train wheels will be out of the railway. Train collisions also occur because there is no latch on some train tracks. it become one of the causes of the collision of the train.
Train collisions sometimes occur because of Human Error because there are some machinists who don't implement the standard operating procedures established or due to the occurrence of setting a poor work schedule resulting in physical fatigue. Because of physical fatigue, Some Machinists are sleepy and even fall asleep when they drive the trains.
